Aide à la mobilité internationale de courte durée - période de mai à août 2023

L'École Doctorale Sciences de la Vie et de la Santé (ED SVS) souhaite aider les doctorant.e.s à développer des échanges et confrontations scientifiques avec d’autres chercheurs dans le cadre d’une mobilité courte à l’étranger.

The Life and Health Sciences Doctoral School (ED SVS) wishes to help doctoral students develop scientific exchanges and confrontations with other researchers in the framework of a short mobility abroad.

L’École Doctorale Sciences de la Vie et de la Santé propose aux doctorant.es un soutien financier :
 
pour des séjours de recherche dans un laboratoire ou une entreprise en dehors de la France métropolitaine (EU ou hors EU)
-     dans le cadre d’une collaboration existante ou nouvelle,
-     pour la formation à une technique spécifique.
    pour des conférences scientifiques  
-    la priorité sera donnée aux présentations orales dans des congrès internationaux et pour
les doctorant.e.s n’ayant pas accès à des appels à projet sur site.  
 
Les séjours devront se dérouler entre mai et août 2023.

Les dossiers devront parvenir au plus tard le 30 avril 2023 à l’ED SVS et ils seront examinés par la Commission Communication/International qui établira un classement des demandes.
 
Cet appel à propositions concerne tous les doctorant.e.s inscrit.e.s à l'ED SVS.
 
Le dossier de demande de soutien sera constitué de :

  • la fiche « demande de soutien »,
  • la fiche « budget » de la mission comprenant la participation financière de la structure de rattachement,
  • une attestation par la structure d'accueil (lettre mentionnant la période de mobilité), ou les informations relatives au congrès international (site internet, document mentionnant l’acceptation de la communication le cas échéant)
  • un curriculum vitae du candidat,
  • un projet de travail du doctorant (1 page) visé du directeur de thèse et du directeur de la structure de rattachement.

 
Une participation significative de la structure de rattachement du.de la doctorant.e doit apparaître dans le montage financier. Une subvention pourra être attribuée après examen du dossier par la commission Communication/International de l’ED à hauteur de 50 % de la dépense, plafonnée à 500 € selon le type de séjour ou la nature de la participation à un congrès.  
 
Au terme de la mission, un bilan du séjour comprenant un résumé d’une page maximum des activités scientifiques (avec en annexe un bilan financier de la mission) devra être fourni par le.la doctorant.e via sa structure de rattachement.

The Life and Health Sciences Doctoral School offers financial support to doctoral students :
 
for research stays in a laboratory or company outside of metropolitan France (EU or outside of EU)
- in the framework of an existing or new collaboration,
- for training in a specific technique.
    for scientific conferences  
- Priority will be given to oral presentations at international conferences and for
PhD students who do not have access to on-site project calls.  
 
Stays must take place between May and August 2023.

Applications must reach the ED SVS by April 30, 2023 at the latest and will be examined by the Communication/International Commission which will establish a ranking of applications.
 
This call for proposals concerns all doctoral students registered at the ED SVS.
 
The support application file will be made up of :

    the "support request" form,
    the "budget" form for the mission, including the financial contribution of the affiliation structure,
    a certificate from the host organisation (letter mentioning the period of mobility), or information about the international conference (website, document mentioning the acceptance of the paper if applicable)
    a curriculum vitae of the candidate,
    a work project of the doctoral student (1 page) approved by the thesis director and the director of the affiliation structure.

 
A significant participation of the doctoral student's affiliation structure must appear in the financial package. A grant may be awarded after examination of the application by the ED's Communication/International Commission, up to 50% of the expenditure, with a ceiling of 500 € depending on the type of stay or the nature of the participation in a conference.  
 
At the end of the mission, a report of the stay including a summary of a maximum of one page of the scientific activities (with a financial report of the mission in annex) must be provided by the doctoral student via his or her affiliation structure.
