Site Doctoral Poles
The doctoral college is located on two geographical sites, designated as follows: Brest-Lorient-Vannes site and Rennes site.
The college's sites allow for the operational implementation of training activities and events as close as possible to the doctoral students.
Each site is managed by a site committee, chaired by the co-director of the college from the site concerned.
The site commission is a forum for discussion and preparation of decisions by the doctoral college council. It examines in particular the transversal training offer on the site for doctoral students and supervisors.
The site commission is composed of
The co-director of the college from the site concerned
For the Brest-Lorient-Vannes site, a deputy director from the Université Bretagne Sud
The directors of the doctoral schools located on the site and their assistants
Representatives of the doctoral students on the site elected to the council of the doctoral college (titular and substitutes)
Representatives of the site's administrative staff elected to the doctoral college council (titular and substitutes)
An external representative chosen on the proposal of the co-director of the college, in relation to the issues of international mobility of doctoral students.
The site commission meets at least once a year in plenary session. The site commission may set up an office to work in a restricted formation on the proposal of the co-director of the site.
